Hi! I'm Erica.

I'm a registered counsellor, somatic exercise coach, yoga teacher and Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).

I know how tricky it can be to navigate being highly sensitive in an often insensitive world.

That's why I support other sensitive folks through counselling and somatic exercise to find more ease in their body, more calm in their mind, and more self-compassion for the challenges that come alongside this truly awesome trait. 

You want to feel more ease and less stress but don't know where to start. Anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted ... Ugh.

Here's how I can help:

In counselling sessions we work together on the specific challenges you're facing.  Whether you're navigating anxiety, overwhelm, persistent pain or something else, you will be supported with compassion in working toward your goals.  Sessions are held both online across Australia as well as in person in Melbourne's outer eastern suburbs (Croydon North).​
